I’ve agreed to watch a scary movie. My heart is already racing and it hasn’t even started😬😳

We need more of these. We need a Women’s Health Centre to address these issues. We need support groups, bringing women together. I met some lovely ladies today ❤️

Spent the afternoon with a room full of women listening to a panel of specialists (OBGYN, sleep therapist, PT, nutritionist, and a mindfulness practitioner) speak about Menopause.

And don’t forget to reset them tonight 😜
