- The aerators that oxygenate the pond lead to thinner ice.
- The pond is now 10 ft deep, compared to 4 ft before.

Fun Fact: Did you know that birds have extraordinary lungs aka air sacs? Their breathing is incredibly efficient, allowing them to travel extended distances at once.

The Shops at North Bridge and 2d Restaurant are partnering to launch The Chairity Project! To support local organizations, ten artists are painting chairs to be auctioned in January. Cheri Lee Charlton is painting one, with all of the proceeds going to LPC.

Thank you to everyone who came and made Fireside & Family Festivities a success! We had a fun afternoon of storytelling by our very own docent volunteers and two interactive musical shows by Miss Jamie from Miss Jamie's Farm. We hope to continue to host fun family-friendly events like this one.
