Putting a grant application together - finally getting back to some teacher retention work. Went looking for the impact of the framework I developed for my PhD. So surprised and humbled to find at least 25 studies in 9 countries that have adopted it☺️

Why is it only men who contact me through the thesisbypublication website to demand I list all the universities that offer a TBP (across the world??), how to apply, how much, etc. Seriously, if you can't look up info about programs yourself, you probably aren't cut out for doctoral research...
