We would like to thank everyone for participating in our CFP. We received 50 submissions, which was more than expected. The selection process is now underway, and selected speakers will be contacted in the upcoming weeks.

We've send him an email both on his last personal protonmail we had and also on info@bsidesbratislava.sk that's mentioned on his bsides twitter profile.

We will reach out to Alex again and make our best effort to consolidate the situation. So far, Alex has not reached out to us.

We've reached out to Security BSides Global, had a meeting with Jack Daniel where we explained the situation and had approval to proceed with organizing BSidesBA. We are also listed on the global website in the upcomming events. bsides.org/w/page/12194...

We've tried to reach out to Alex about organizing BSides in Bratislava or passing it on to us if he's not interested anymore. These attempts were unsuccessful and there was no indication he has any plans to organize the next event.
