I was indeed looking at these pictures and wondering, where's the security threat so serious that a peaceful national demonstration had to be banned? Are the govt and the Utrecht municipality going to provide any evidence of the nature of the threat?

I'd say that it's realistic if it takes seriously (among other things) that energy demand is higher than ever. But it remains a phase out strategy bc to the best of my knowledge there's no other path to keeping rising temps within bearable limits
