You should do it! :) Genki is what I use in the classes I take. It’s fine, idk if it’s the best or not but at least I’m learning. And my teacher makes her own homework for the classes instead of the workbook

Everyone around me irl keep dropping in the fact that they use AI in every day life and work and it makes me feel like I’m going crazy especially when I push back and ask if it’s worth the consequences and the response is always, in the end, no 🫠 And yet this is just the average person now!

Language is of course not a linear learning process. There are always things I can stand to review (like vocabulary…so forgetful with verbs) but proud of how far I’ve come after months of classes and studying Kanji on my own! Japan next year will be daijoubu 👍
