It is incredible to believe that the Premier League are in a position to calculate Everton's PSR position when the issue of the treatment of interest charges remains unresolved.

In the light of Sean Dyche's leaving Everton & all the concerns his management produced, an article on fan activism, for us and the Friedkins
theesk.org/2025/01/10/t...
the Friedkins objective is to make Everton a major news item in world football, to re-energise the Everton fanbase & massively improve the footballing intellect within the club then Mourinho (assuming he is willing) is the obvious choice.
Not without risks but bring it on
Yes mate. Very soon
09.01.2025 11:55 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Difficult to say without knowing outcome of interest payment treatment. I think it is tight though
09.01.2025 11:54 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0The £300m will sit on Everton's balance sheet. The £130m on the Friedkins
09.01.2025 11:53 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0It's thought the loans are at base plus 2%, so around 7/7.5 %. Expensive compared to the deal offered but turned down by Moshiri in 2018/19
09.01.2025 10:45 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0It might help if the club doesn't win its argument on interest charges re PSR
09.01.2025 10:43 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 2 📌 0We are all impatient to see the back of Dyche. In the meantime the Friedkins have rebuilt our balance sheet & stabilised the club financially. Now onto the personnel changes required
theesk.org/2025/01/09/d...
A minimum of £234m (cash) of new shares, converted the Moshiri loan to equity (shares, not cash) & as you say the £300m stadium financing via JP Morgan

09.01.2025 08:49 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Details of the Friedkin financial restructuring of Everton emerge - including purchase, repayment of existing debt including A-Cap/777, restructuring & an indication of the value of Moshiri's holdings?
theesk.org/2025/01/09/d...
Very possible Laurie and not just because of their football investments with 777
