Chicken update: mailed my grandmother (101, in nursing home, missing stuffed chicken) a new chicken with a bell on it. Was informed that BEFORE IT ARRIVED one of her aides had MADE HER A NEW CHICKEN 😭💗

Went for a walk and complimented two women working on a mosaic, was invited to participate and ended up joining them for an hour. Now I know how to make mosaics!

My grandmother is 101 years old and lost her treasured chicken stuffed animal at the nursing home. So I am sending her a new one. Trying to decide if this one needs a bell or an air tag or something, to prevent another disappearance.

Was I awoken by the earthquake or by my housemate yelling after being awoken by the earthquake? Hard to say. Did not realize for several minutes that what I thought was the cat was actually a pair of sweatpants.
