Our seniors are hit hard by the poor walkability in our cities. From independence and health to loneliness, all aspects of their lives are affected by the abysmal state of walkability. This needs to be realised by the politicians who have the previledge to travel in their Fortuners at old age

We often see videos of hyper-independent Japanese primary schoolers traveling kilometers alone on public transport, and we envy how amazing it is.

All we ask is for this pedestrian bliss to extend across the entire city. The feeling of ample space to walk, a thoughtfully designed drop-off zone.

With just a little more shade, better signage, and a higher capacity bus stop, it could have been even better.
