“I wouldn't have moved you without a real purpose, you know.” Anton says, Amy still looking irritated from her current situation. Anton then leans in close to her, telling her what he wants from her. "Truth is... I want you to be a part of my gang." Amy is stunned, eyes widening in shock. “WHAT?!” Amy shouts in surprise. Her yell had attracted a few looks from others in the park. “You were one of the few people who actually had the nerve to talk to me without anybody having to make you. Nobody else has done that for ages!” Anton explains, holding up one hand in defense as Amy is completely stunned. “And there's something special about you, maybe it's your charisma or gumption. I could use that in my gang. What do you say?” Anton proposed, all the while Amy looking perplexed at him. Amy then shoves Anton away from her, Anton is looking rather surprised by her strong reaction.
“What do I say? After what you've done to Nicky, you expect me to join your stupid gang?! I would NEVER join your group with a bully like you!” Amy spat back as she defiantly points at Anton in anger. Anton just ignores that comment, grabs her hands in a stiff grip. "Now, you better watch your mouth when you're talkin' to me, Amy. Because I don't offer this lightly. And I’m not the forgivin’ type, either." Anton threatened, he looked at Amy with a smile that really was more of a sneer. His eyes suddenly became intense. Amy was now scared, and Anton had her hands in a tight grip, not letting her go. Suddenly, in a flash, something swoops in and saves Amy right before the situation could get worse. "What the...? Where did she go? I just HAD her!" Anton said is confusion, he looked down at his claws, which were completely empty. “Hey, Warts!” A voice shouts behind Anton. The shocked face of Anton looking over to the side.
Sonic stands valiantly in front of Amy, pointing one finger at Anton. "The girl you're looking is right here. Now I’ve got nothing against idle chitchat, but that looked more like a kidnapping.” Anton stands up from the bench and is looking a little too innocently as if nothing bad was going on between him and Amy. “ Wha-! Pffft, No no no, you got it all wrong! We were just… havin’ a member meeting.” Amy was now seething with a rage so hot it could probably melt through steel. 'WHAT?! A MEMBER? Acting like I'm a part of his stupid little club with his head being the size of the moon? Why that unforgiving, rude, SLIMY—’ “A meeting? Huh, that's a really funny way of saying ‘holding somebody against their will'.” Sonic said unconvinced. “Were you two uh...?” Sonic looks back at Amy pointing at her and Anton. Amy shakes her head vigorously. Anton narrows his eyes, annoyed with Sonic’s snarkiness. “Whatever. Look spiky, if you just give me the girl, we can put this behind us, deal?” “Hmm, looks like you got it backwards, since your behind seems to be in front of you.”
“You're not gonna make this easy for the rest of us, are you?” Anton asked irritably, walking closer towards Sonic. “I dunno, you definitely aren't making your gaudy fit easy to stomach for the rest of us.” Sonic retorted, picking his ear as looked completely unphased by Anton. “Now you better watch yourself, hedgehog, you don’t want to mess with me, because I’ll tear ya in two.” Anton growled, towering over Sonic, glaring down at him. “Oh yeah? Well, I'm not afraid of you or your cornbread head!” Sonic snaps back, standing his ground, smirking right back at Anton in defiance. Sonic turns his eyes towards Amy, knowing that things are going to get tense. Amy was still awestruck by this strange hedgehog. “Uh, you better split, this might turn ugly.” Sonic said towards Amy, gesturing his hand backwards for her to move back. Anton meanwhile was shaking in rage. “You bet it will, punk!” Anton exploded, rearing up to rake at Sonic with his claws.

Nicky held the sides of his head, images of the school kids, Anton and his father dark and in the background; the comments in his head were getting worse. ‘Space case….the kind of dad he has….wouldn't have the guts…loser…’ Nicky, overwhelmed with emotion, kneels on his legs, tears streaming from his eyes. “Why can't I be STRONGER!?” Nicky wailed, his cry echoed throughout the forest. Suddenly a blue light from before streaks towards Nicky, with him being completely unaware, wiping his tears away.
The blue light merges with Nicky's body, Nicky is engulfed in blue smoke and light, the wind picking up he starts to change. The smoke starts to dissipate as a new figure has taken Nicky's place. A vibrant blue hedgehog with red shoes and shiny gold buckles, his eyes a ghostly blue and he opened them. "What….? …I'm back?" The new hedgehog says as he looks at himself.
He makes a mischievous smirk. “YEAH!” The new hedgehog shouted, then in what seemed like mere seconds, he started zipping around the forest, jumped into one of the trees…then fell out of the same tree moments later. “Ow.” The figure groaned as he laid stomach first on the ground. Getting up from the fall, the Hedgehog looked at his hand, puzzled. “OK, while not being in limbo's nice, how did I get here and…why do things look different?” “Why do I feel different?” He asked aloud to no one in particular, but he was still rather confused about his current situation. In an instant, quick flashes show up in the hedgehog's head, Almost as if they were looking at another's memories. Hands shaking in distress. (Were they his? He didn't know.) A lizard grabbing…him…someone else, and another hedgehog trying to escape someone reaching out towards someone. The word ‘HELP’ echoing in his head. The hedgehog turned his head towards the direction of town. He didn't know what was happening, but deep down, he felt like someone was in trouble. The blue hedgehog zipped through the forest to find out whoever needed help.
The next scene starts off with Anton and Amy sitting in the park near the outskirts of Hedgehog Town. Amy is looking very upset, while Anton is very content with one arm behind Amy. "Now this is more like it! You get a nice view of the lake AND some extra sun. All without any extra distractions.” Anton said contentedly, his arm on the park bench, behind Amy's head. She only emitted a huff of annoyance in return. After what he'd done to Nicky, she wasn't going to forgive him anytime soon. "Oh come on, you're still mad about the kid? I told you, that runt will be fine, don't worry about it…” Anton looked annoyed As Amy wasn't giving him any attention at the moment. "You better hope he's OK…" Amy muttered with contempt as she still wasn't meeting Anton's eyes. “Look, there was a reason I wanted to talk to you.” Anton stated, narrowing his eyes at her. This got a little attention from Amy, her eyes shifted over to Anton, still looking rather fed up with his presence.
