Such an important reminder about the impact of adversity on development. We can teach resilience in ways that nurture growth without harm—by creating safe spaces and guiding kids through challenges with care. Resilience doesn’t have to come from suffering.

Finding that balance is everything! Screen time guidelines are great, but so is surviving the chaos. Sometimes those 5 minutes of peace are the real MVP of parenting. No guilt—just doing our best.
