I think it depends on where in the country you are. Some areas have more of those types than others. I can say Portland isn't really like that for the most part based on my experiences, but big parts of the south definitely are like that.

That's why we should abolish billionaires and take their money to repair all the systemic and environmental damage they do everywhere. All their money probably wouldn't even cover the damage they've done but it could help.

Reform declaring they will imitate ICE is a statement of intent: they want to unleash that kind of terror on our population, that kind of violence onto our streets. It's evil and it must be stopped.

People want affordability more than I think the racists will be motivated to vote against.

I think she has a good chance though. If you don't select a candidate that the base will vote for then it's dead in the water either way. A lot of Trump supporters I think will stay home.

If you don't select a good candidate you are less likely to win. This is why we are seeing a surge of progressive candidates winning. The people don't want corporate Dems more than they want actual change.

Starting today I am going to post daily about the world I want to see rather than the fucked up one we have. Anyone who wants to join me in making their voices heard can also say the world they want. If we only fight against the world we don't want then we will never have the one we do. Fight on!

I want a world where the mere mention of children as a political tool makes people angry rather than capitulate to terrible ideas that easily can be disproven. I want a world where people are educated enough to see the humanity in everyone and empathetic enough to act on it.

I want to hope for a world where all methods of erasure do not come to fruition and one where people see us as people rather than things. I want a world where I can feel beautiful and safe without unjust violence and fear. I want a world where children cannot be used to propagandize just anything.

Seems like the American public is starting to see trans rights as negotiable. Well they aren't and never will truly be. They can use the law, censorship, and even the incinerators to try to silence us but it will not work. Being trans isn't a thing that you can erase even with death.
