Cheers! Funnily enough, I was diagnosed w/dysfunctional breathing in 2019 (which I disagreed with!), then had over a year's worth of respiratory physio from a lovely person who just couldn't wrap their head around ME/PEM.

#4 Go to My Feeds Go to "Discover New Feeds" to search for interesting feeds like "Only Posts" Click the "+" to add the feed (box) Go to the (gear icon) [edit my feeds] here you can pin and unpin feeds (side note) pinned feed will appear at the top of your TL Don't forget to "♥" the feed when you click on it to preview, this helps others find it!

Suspended from Twitter (for saying that a person could choke on a glass of water with 6g of salt in 🤷‍♂️) so milling around Bluesky properly for the first time.

Definitely seems to have a different energy here. The lack of toxicity is... refreshing. It's like a strange new world..
