I tend to find "High 3" are most people's comfortable cutoff unless they want psuedo-CEDH or a curated pod. 4 feels like this "Playgroups only" level to me

I use similar thinking. In that a mild cheddar is like buying those cheap, thin binbags. You're just setting up for dissapointment, so get something stronger.
