Twitch has done nothing but dug their own grave for the past few years, I still remember the recent TwitchCon controversy and how little they gave a shit in actually helping solve anything

Yeah it's one of the many reasons things are how they are today lol, no one can accept thar they're wrong

People just can't stand being wrong anymore, almost anytime I've seen people get fact checked they come up with some excuse or just get mad, they just want to be right all the time

If it has the weapon wheel from the first 2 Bioshock games I'm down to clown, if not I can tolerate a 2 weapon limit for another good Bioshock like game...

As much as I love Linux, not every program I want is fully supported which has lead to myriad of headaches that are easily solved on Windows by just getting a declutter app and an appearance program to revert it to Win7, I like modding my games and almost all mod programs need 59 workarounds to work

I mean probably, if they cared enough they usually continue and ask what's up and such and that's usually when it feels more genuine, or when they end with "hope things get better" which sort of helps strangely enough. I just don't want people to assume wrongly of how I'm feeling

Yes and it's always important to do so, bottling up your emotions is a horrible idea. I just dislike the idea of having to hide behind a mask when asked "how I am" because I don't want to give a false impression I'm doing alright, just simply saying "things could be better" helps sell it enough

Definitely, there's a weird pressure where you don't want people to know you're sad, forced happiness. It's "rude" and "disrespectful" to let people know you're not doing fine. And asking "how are you" is just a conversation starter to make things awkward, I doubt some people even care how you are

They were on WiiU I believe, never on 3DS outside of the ambassador program

I remember reading something from a Gundam writer, basically stating they don't intend to predict the future, they just write about how bad the (at the time) present is, noting that the current present time is possibly somehow worse. Crazy how this was basically sort of inevitable to happen

There very much is a difference because TPC isn't Nintendo and vice versa, they make their own decisions outside of Nintendo, Nintendo just publishes the games

Should've added that it's especially telling this time around when a lot of companies outright didn't even bother changing the pfp because it's not profitably viable to in America's current state

That's fair, it just feels a bit scummy to be giving props to a company when in reality it's just the social media guy clicking 3 buttons to change the pfp that gets nuked the minute the clock ticks over to the next month

Very true, I feel like this proves they're actually supportive more than using a rainbow pfp, doing a price drop on something and saying "btw this character is trans!" and that character is some irrelevant shmuck, Vivian not only being important but a main party member rocks

Patches are easier for moving the rom around to other devices, was planning on playing Fire Red again for the first time in years on my phone lol

Fair enough, that's moreso a consequence of wanting dialogue for every interaction but also not wanting to waste the players time lol

Nope you're not, when games give me the option to skip dialogue I tend to use it to make the interruptions feel more organic, I get it's meant to keep the viewer from getting lost but it sucks so much

I feel like this is more of a TPC issue than a Nintendo thing

For $20 I just wish it included the events and online trading, without that I get the same content as I would on an emulator so I might as well play like that, cool for people who don't like emulation/don't care as much, this release is for them just not for me

Yeah reading the FAQ there's zero online features, trading can only be done through local wireless like a GBA Link Cable and the events aren't accessible so what's the point anymore lol, I was thinking about getting a copy but not anymore
