I will say close quarter combat with Moxxie was not meant to be his strong point. He compensates with more flexible options with projectiles (ex: walking while shooting, able to shoot shotgun mid-air, etc.).

The game is not a "prototype", but an update is in the works to improve the experience :)

Note: one of the main methods of defense, like most traditional beat 'em ups, comes in the form of the offensive/defensive specials just like Final Fight/Streets of Rage, since they're usually pretty strong or great for clearing out a crowd at the cost of some health. :)

Thanks for the feedback. Balancing the gameplay is one of my current goals with the next update, alongside a few more surprises.

This actually isn't my first game, but that being said, this is without a doubt my most ambitious one. Lmao

I'm so exhausted and still feeling horrible about everything, I couldn't even go to work today.

I'm just devastated and I wish I didn't have to anticipate every hour possibly being her last. It has riddled me with guilt, anger, fear, sadness and all sorts of shit I can't stomach.

I don't want to sign off on any euthanasia but I don't want her to suffer. I just want her to enjoy as much of a loving life as possible.

But to avoid overnight charges since we're so financially strained, I went back to pick up Kate from the ER and got some antibiotics prescribed by the vets.

That being said, her breathing's still imperfect and god knows what this cancer is gonna subject her to, despite our best efforts.

Luckily she didn't have to be rushed to the hospital. I still had to drive her home and leave my baby at the ER for a little while as I got my mom safely home to get some rest.

This sweet little girl has been with me for at least 12 years now. I dunno what life is gonna feel like without her. Then my mother underwent some sort of attack related to her adrenaline, which prompted an ambulance.

Idk exactly what the chambers are called, but it helped her breathe and I was able to keep comforting her through a small hole in the glass. This was when I emotionally broke down, just in hysterics to the point where I could barely drink water.

I was afraid she was only minutes away from death. So me and my mother frantically rushed her to the same ER that helped us with her diagnosis and care. When we finally got there, my sweet baby was luckily taken care of and had some fluid drained out of her chest.

She's resting right now and is purring calmly on occasion after a VERY difficult night that lasted until 3 AM. I found her under my bed at 11 PM, having urinated herself and having breathing issues.

Well, I hate to trauma-dump but I'm in a desperate and very defeated state of mind. My sweet little girl, a maine coon calico cat who is 12 years old, was recently diagnosed with a cancer that acts fast unfortunately on Thursday.
