There are people who assume those with disabilities are faking. That we’re scamming the system somehow. That it’s “fun” to be disabled.

They never seem to consider that most of us are faking being well.

We put on a smile and a brave face & push through suffering that most could never comprehend.

You guys are welcome to ours here in newfoundland. It has been raining almost 3 weeks straight now. We had over 130 mm in 12 hrs, and our apartment flooded on Wednesday, drying out somewhat for now, but more rain coming 😬
