31.08.2025 21:38 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0βIn Finland, the number of homeless people has fallen sharply. Those affected receive a small apartment & counselling with no preconditions. 4 out of 5 people affected make their way back into a stable life. And all this is CHEAPER than accepting homelessness.β
It costs a lot less to house people.
This is an absolute stunner. Top drawer fiction. Brilliant world building, great characters, fantastic plot and story and stunning twists and turns. A must read.

This year, we're exploring Daniel Pennac's Rights of the Reader (beautifully illustrated by Quentin Blake). Each class will develop their own set of reading rights and share them.
