The clearest picture of corporate greed in this country is CEO-to-worker pay ratios.
At the 100 lowest-paying major US companies, CEO pay averaged $17.2M in 2024.
Median worker pay at these companies was just $35,570.
Thatβs a ratio of 632 to 1.
How can anyone defend this?

We tried mass tariffs in 1828, and it crashed the economy. We tried again in 1930, and it crashed the economy.
Third timeβs the charm, I guess.

I don't know why this Robodebt news is not plastered over every front page in the country. Aust's most egregious political wrongdoing of modern times. The LNP should be hung out to dry over this. Instead they dare to moralise to the rest of us about ethical behaviour.

The ABC is dead to me!
The ABC has given much prominence to this Poll by YouGov that would make you think this is government backed. IT'S NOT, but simply part of the LNP's publicity machine. ABC won't tell you that, thus fooling at least some voters π‘π€¬

Letβs all get behind #DicksonDecides.
The most important thing is to remove Dutton from our parliament.
He is not a fit person.
The Federal Parliament has yet to pass a law ensuring five-year funding for the ABC. If it doesnβt get passed, it leaves the national broadcaster open to LNP intention privatise.

The argument for the massive pay packets of our top public servants falls apart when you know that the US Secretary of Defense (who has to oversee a budget bigger than the entire Aus Fed Budget) gets half the pay of the Australian secretary of Defence! #fatcats #auspol @mrrexpatrick.bsky.social

The Tasmanian Government spent $30.7 million in the last quarter over budget on hiring locum doctors and agency nurses. There are actually budget savings to be made by making the Tassie health service a place people want to come to work, and investing in permanent jobs #politas
