would recommend a different rivals personally but i hear marvel rivals is alright

this would be an extremely fun rivals workshop character
tipper hits charge control meter, but you have roy sweetspot behavior. every stock has a timer. if you hit more tipper than sweetspot in that time, you get giga marth, otherwise you get giga roy with a 30% health bar
