Hello! It’s been a while. I pushed myself in October, but November was slow. I finally got my painless and quick cataract removal on November 11. I’m adjusting to not wearing glasses. We had a peaceful Thanksgiving with the family. I’m back in the pool, aiming to hit 180 miles this year.

September was a whirlwind! I managed to keep up with my swim goals, hitting 17 miles for the month and 150 miles for the year. I’m looking forward to October, with its fall weather, NCAA volleyball. I’m turning 29 (+30) this Saturday. Listen to the sounds of nature and relax.
