The Trump administration is preparing to argue that a federal judge in NY does *not* have jurisdiction to hear Mahmoud Khalil's case and that venue should be transfered to Louisiana, where he is currently being held.

Khalil's lawyers want him transfered back to NY ASAP.

If I were a lawyer pulling this shit I would show up to court with a toothbrush expecting to wind up in custody.
