It is unclear for how long GoA Zayne will have me in a chokehold. I fear it may be forever, ngl.

I have a couple of other things to say about this, but I need to verify some things before I add them.

Do we think it’s significant that in GoA it is the Creatio *Stone* that Zayne uses to resurrect MC? There are protocores in this universe and Zayne is aware of and teaches MC about them. I can’t help but wonder if this is NOT the same as Creatio Protocore, but I’m not sure…

Thoughts?

Zayne Lore Girlies, I have a GoA/Foreseer question (small spoiler for GoA ahead).

Man, I’m disappointed. I need these stellas for battle, so I’ll pull Zayne and Xav’s, but I really wanted Zayne’s myth first. Why is it SO LATE, INFOLD??

Also, why isn’t the date text centred in that trailer? It’s just slightly off and it feels weird when I look at it.

I’ve heard that 9/18 may be a “no-promo” day in China. Can someone with actual knowledge on this confirm or deny if this is true?

I’m thinking about when the next PV will drop for LADS.

I’ve got to decide whether to pull for that accessory or wait for it to go into the lunar shop when this series of solos is finished… my pity is probably high enough that it doesn’t really matter… and I don’t have a guarantee atm… maybe I do the pulls?

Lots of vision-related stuff in Zayne’s recent cards… he can’t see while surfing, MC blocks the sun so he can see better on the beach, MC describes Zayne as being blurry twice in his Dawnbreak Promise (the soup steam and the darkness @ the end).

Will we see this return in his new myth?

I've also seen a number of creators talking about how they feel this multi is boring, and I think it's because you've got a lot of fluff without angst.

I would like to remind everyone what happened with Zayne in the Main Story after his fluffy spring banner card...

4. In the release trailer for LADS, Zayne says "Imperfect order doesn't need to be corrected. True redemption lies in utter destruction." Astra is all about order and how things are *supposed* to go. His directions to the Foreseer and the request of MoF are intended to correct the variable/MC.

3. If Zayne is Astra how did he become him? Since all of the suffering is always because of Astra, how can he become Astra without the suffering caused by Astra? I suppose another source of suffering could be introduced, but at this point we don't have any evidence of this.

2. In Foreseer, Astra gave Zayne the Creatio protocore. This protocore literally absorbs MC's life force, accelerating her death. Foreseer realizes that this was always intended to cause her to die when he looks into her destiny. I cannot imagine any form of Zayne *wanting* to kill MC.

1. This theory requires that Zayne's consciousness can exist in multiple places at once. I think people use the fact that in D&R we find out that Zayne has erased timelines before, but I don't think it's the same thing. This is Zayne interacting with a timeline, not cutting it short or erasing it.

I've been seeing a lot of "Zayne is Astra" theory posts again, and so I've been thinking more about the things that bother me about this theory. If you are someone who believes/likes this theory, I'd love your thoughts!

I’m hearing that potentially the predicted release for Zayne’s 3rd myth has been moved up. I gotta be honest, while having more time to save would probably be better for a lot of people, I am personally DYING to see his new myth.

The EN VA for Xavier is responsible for a large portion of the tears I have shed over this new myth. He frequently puts in a solid performance, but the line delivery in this myth is near or total perfection.

I feel so lucky to enjoy the fruits of his labour and talent.

I am… distraught… Xav and Zayne never fail to destroy me. Holy shit that hurt. I haven’t cried that hard since I read Foreseer for the first time, or When Shooting Stars Fall 😭

If I have to hear the theory that Zayne is Astra one more time I’m going to lose my mind, I fear. Don’t do this to me, Infold. It makes no logical sense.

How can Zayne and Astra exist simultaneously, one subjugating/attacking the other, if they are the same being?

So now that we have Zayne’s Nendo announced we have an idea of a rough timeline for Nendo releases. 2 months between Xav and Zayne, so we should expect this preorder timeline (approx):

Rafayel: September
Sylus: November
Caleb: January

Xav was est. ~5 mo. from order to ship, Zayne is est. ~6.
