Good morning my friends! I ran into a big difficulty spike playing nioh 3 last night. Got my face caved in by a boss that has a sidekick. Back to farming levels again. It ain't much, but its honest work.

Nurikabe, the wall yokai, respond to gestures by either getting pissed and attacking you or by bowing and disappearing, allowing you to pass without a fight. My friend and I discovered that A LOT of them like the backflip in Nioh 2 so I figured I'd try it in Nioh 3 and they still enjoy it.

Waiting for somewhere nearby to open for breakfast is going painfully slow. I want to fill my face with hash browns, and I want to do it now.

Nioh 2 is one of my all time favorites so I'm happy the third installment builds off of it so much. I totally get not being into it. My first attempt at Dark Souls turned me off the whole franchise until Elden Ring, which I suck at.

In other news, I've been having a blast playing Nioh 3, both solo and co-op with a friend. The new open world is fun to explore, random bosses to panic fight test out your reflexes, and the style shift mechanic adds a ton of flexibility for combat. Would recommend for sure.

I'm usually one of the "set several alarms five minutes apart" type of morning person.

I suppose it does give one more time to do things, especially since I'm currently unemployed.
