Isn't it funny that we have all of these documents that we ascribe so much meaning to, the Constitutions, the laws etc.; but yet we so much as have a spate of a lack of enforcement, people in charge with ulterior motives, and the next thing you know we're facing OLIGARCHY. We ain't done yet folks.

The guy is not religious, moral etc. I have seen many witnesses in court not swear on a religious tome, nor would I think we could require that the oath be recited while touching one. It's not the symbol that magically ensures truth, it's the opposition and crossexamination that does.
