Well that was a success. I wasn’t really sure how this cured dough thing would turn out, but damn it was good. Exactly what I was trying to achieve. Super thin and very crispy! Gonna make another batch of dough and play around with the curing time, go a little shorter. 🍽️ #pizza #cooking

After 12 hours you flip dry side down, assemble the pizza and bake it.

In my never ending search for the perfect homemade pizza, I’m trying something a little bit different. Cured pizza dough. 🤔 The dough was fermented for 5 days in the fridge, then rolled out and left to dry or “cure” for 12+ hours. We’re going for ultra thin and cracker crispy. Results later 🍽️ #pizza

Calendula flowers growing in November

So apparently calendula are rather cold tolerant? We have been warmer than usual winters here but still had some snow and freezing temps. Yet these calendula are still growing and flowering. 🌱 #zone6 #flowers
