Ok as a personal favor (😜) I revisited the album this morning and you're so right, that build is totally insane in Static, the way the tempo pushes gradually and it lands into the feedback hum 👌🏼the preacher stuff at the beginning weirds me out so it still might not be fave song but fave moment yes

That whole "I'm a white guy who paints myself black to look edgy" schtick is...just so wildly ill-advised after seeing dozens of comedians and minor celebrities cancelled for doing blackface costumes decades ago? Like WHY would you invite the comparison?
