We have a land rich in minerals, a prosperous one that should reassure us of a normal and peaceful life... But it is the opposite of what we get out of it. Here is what we have as wealth, a wealth that costs lives to our people 💔

And yet, the world barely whispers their names😭😭
Who is protecting them? Who is helping them carry the weight of this trauma?

She’s only two weeks old born into conflict, sleeping under the open sky in Beni, DRC. Her mother fled violence with nothing. No shelter. No food. No safety. Just like thousands of others.
This child has done nothing wrong, yet she suffers the cost of war and greed.

I often see children in poor health almost every day: malnutrition, infected wounds or questionable hygiene... This leads me to wonder about the mobilization of parents. Maybe to really protect children, we should start there, before any other action.

Congo needs us now.
The people of Congo are exhausted—especially the children, who are tired of running. They need our help, our voices, our actions.
Let’s stand with them. Let’s keep speaking about Congo, keep raising awareness, and demand peace.
