To be fair in this instance, it may be a Verizon issue. Their website and customer service is so clumsy. That’s still really not the point. For all the money these companies have and technology you’d think they could make it seem less.

Yep….and I wasted so much time with Verizon today and so, whatever. I have better things to do with my time.

I take it you had a similar problem…(or you don’t get Verizon, I don’t remember)

@verizonofficial.bsky.social @espn.com you can all go to hell. The instructions to authenticate my cable subscription for ESPN Unlimited are incorrect. When I finally got Verizon to add the service (a service to which I am entitled), the link to activate the service doesn’t work. Unacceptable.
