You would never see him. Our cat sitter has spotted him twice in 4 years of watching him.

Oh, he gives us trouble too. As I mentioned, he hasn’t given up his outdoor cat card. So sometimes if he’s inside when we go to bed, then decide La he wants to be outside or just wants attention, he meows constant until we respond to his commands. 🤣

When I was growing up, Buster was used when scolding kids when they were getting into trouble. (e.g. You better behave, Buster, or I’ll tell your father.) As a kitten he was definitely full of energy and fun trouble.

Yep.

Eventually we got Buster to trust us enough to handle him, but he doesn’t like other people and never gave up his outdoor cat card. His mom tolerated us. We continued to feed her until she disappeared a few months ago. Now it’s just him.
