I have a case right now where a person created an HOA, appointed themselves president of it, "voted" 1-0 to have a Board of one, imposed assessments against the one unit where my racialized clients lived without notice, and then filed an eviction against my clients for not paying them.

There are seven evictions every minute in the United States. I'm not joking.
