I hope more people start to step up in other departments of healthcare the way you have & Pull all the pieces of the puzzle together.

HHS needs to do a complete X-ray of the whole system. Process .I really feel like AI can do a lot of this stuff at this point such as creating formularies for companies. A doctor can’t fix what’s going on unless he gets an image. We can’t fix what’s going on unless we get the whole image.

I have about 40 hours in to training my bot along with 5 engineers. I think the framework around A.I. needs to be looked at as a shift vs replacement. I created more jobs for engineers vs a single receptionists at the front desk. It’s shifting where we put our resources. It’s time to shift and adapt

A.I bot with emotional intelligence will start running my day to day in business starting Friday after 4 months of building it. It’s allowing me to invest my money and time in growth to reach more people that need help- then invest in a different type of hire that actually produces vs daily tasks.
