They are all fully clothed in nightwear. Jia Xichun appears in the middle, looking into the camera with a satisfied expression fitting for the occasion of presumably scoring with the blonde duo from Limbus Company. From the viewer's perspective, Sinclair is to the left of Xichun, while Don Quixote is on the right. Both are leaning against Xichun, with Sinclair's head on Xichun's thigh and Don Quixote's on Xichun's shoulder. (mad respect to people who are able to describe complex scenes well, this is hard)
