Aaron's would probably be narrow spaces. His agility and environment are important components of his fighting style, so in small spaces that don't give him much room to move around, he's noticeably less effective.

Nicole has a bit of an odd one: since many of her spells rely on verbal incantations to work, they can easily fizzle out if someone or something interrupts her or otherwise stops her from talking.

Jessica's enhanced senses can be easily overwhelmed. Same with Haruka and Dahlia.

Xavier and Crystal both have water, but for different reasons.
- Crystal getting soaked douses her pyrokinesis.
- Xavier, when wet, can't use his electrokinesis without shocking himself.

For Telchur, hot temperatures (especially with low humidity) can hinder her cryokinesis.

You don't need a Straight Pride, & considering that there are also countries that criminalize being transgender as well as the fact that trans people are more likely to be victims of violent crimes, you don't need a Cisgender Pride either. This is also why Cis is not a slur.
