#art Saturday sketching with my love 😘 Indoors today because the fire smoke is bad so I went for abstract game vibes and just let the flow take me where felt right.

I quit coffee & caffeine two weeks ago after I had an anxiety/panic attack only the second one I have had in my life and I dont want a third. Turns out drinking two venti stabucks at work plus a few cups of office coffee was a bad idea. It was hard the first few days but now its easy. good luck!
