You can run mmsys.cpl
(Win+r or search it) to open the old sound settings, and right click oculus to disable it.

But it could still be razer's fault, rapidly disconnecting, and falling back to whatever's left.

Hopefully bad windows 11 and razer's rgb lighting drivers, as that's my only lead...
