fuck the LRT all my homies hate the LRT

what COD generally offers to players are set pieces, absurd fiction grounded in some vague sense of reality, and monkey brain gameplay. COD Ghosts is exactly that.

I'm not going into it expecting a narrative that's meant to be dissected and discussed and I will not nitpick on it on that basis.

i just finished COD Ghosts and ending aside, the game isn't a as much a trainwreck as people make it out to be IF you're going into it expecting a COD game (linear shooter with a narrative that's not to be taken too seriously). It scratches the COD itch well.

for Singaporeans who, through news of its closure, for the first time heard about The Projector, wouldn’t the better and more empathetic response be like “oh, sounds like something i should’ve tried going to at least once!” rather than “oh well i guess it’s just too niche for The Free Market!”?

hawker centres are on the chopping block, coffee shops are next. as far as economic viability goes, malls simply offer a more comfortable experience and their tenants can offset the higher cost with their economies of scale and WILL outlive the former 2 places.

i’m sorry but the reaction to the closure of The Projector is just a sign that Singaporeans have absolutely ZERO interest in protecting any part of our culture and uniqueness.
