And why aren't these same people upset that Trump said the shooter was obviously from the left, even before there was a suspect identified?

He didn't say the shooter was MAGA. He said MAGA was doing all they could do to distance themselves from him and blame "the left", without any evidence. Trump did this before there was even a suspect in the shooting.

My sense is the question you are asking is, "at what point in gestation does a fetus's rights veto a mother's right to have control over her body"? And the answer is that it varies, and such decisions should be made in careful discussion & consultation with the parents & the medical team
