Then I read about Trumps fundraising this weekend and I just got physically ill.

I looked it up quickly, but from what I gather:
1996 - last time congress passed a full budget on time
1997, 2001 - the last time budgets passed with a surplus
2020 - last time all 12 appropriations were passed (though late) - finalized in 2021
2018-2019 - longest shut down - over the border wall
