The Central Subway is showing promise as the past 2 months of consecutive record ridership shows.

But it's time to get serious about speeding up the current line and creating a plan to extend it to North Beach and Fisherman's Wharf. 🚇

A new movie theater, Apple Cinemas, will move through permitting in a matter of weeks instead of what used to be a 6-8 month process!

Started the day with the Clean Corridors team from Dept. of Public Works to tackle Hyde Street. 💧🧽

They deep cleaned from Russian Hill all the way to Geary in Lower Nob Hill - thanks for your service to our city!

San Francisco is coming back, and new headlines are being written.

Newsweek just profiled what is happening and titled it “San Francisco's Great American Comeback.”

I’m honored that they named me as a “key voice in San Francisco’s efforts to combat crime and reshape the city’s recovery narrative.”

We can't have a safe, strong city unless we confront the toll - both human and economic - of traffic collisions in our city. Everyone should be able to walk, bike, and roll in our city without fearing for their lives.

Today we rallied with safe street advocates to make this clear.

Started the weekend at Jean Parker Elementary in Chinatown with our SFUSD Superintendent at a Budget Town Hall.

We've got big challenges ahead, but our public schools and families are too important to let down. We'll keep standing alongside District 3 families for better schools.
