there was no proper legal agreement involved. my roomate has been living here for many years before i moved in

i think it should be important to mention ! the eviction is through no fault of my own, its just a case of my roomate's siblings needing a place to stay and i just got the poop end of the stick. they've given me only a month's notice so the move-out date is pretty soon!
