Back when I worked at HMV one of many decisions that led them towards receivership was to have a download site non-compatible with Apple products. We used to get lectures a la "People say 'iPod' now but that'll soon be a thing of the past! People don't say 'Hoover' now, they say 'Vacuum cleaner'
