I slept in today instead of going to the gym bc I went to dance last night and the gym in the am, and I really needed that extra two hours 🙂‍↕️

My workout was so good this morning. I fucked myself up over Thanksgiving a little but I said I’ll calm down and just get back into my good habits from before the holiday

To my mother, a car trip is just time to catch up on her calls to other people, not to actually talk to her family 😒

I need to get a tripod and practice posing for pictures, to grown to not know how to take a damn picture

I usually get to the gym at 6:45 but an hour just isn’t long enough to do my weights and cardio

Set my gym alarm for 5:45, woke up at 5:41 🙂‍↕️😁

Struggling with choosing between what’s good for growth vs. what my mind wants…my heart not even in it because I’m understanding leading with my feelings gets me no where.

I been up since 6:30, cleaned my bathroom, put laundry up and now I’m heading to the gym before I braid my hair down then off to see Mean Girls downtown 💖 today will be a good day

I’m actually so happy at this moment. I’ve learned a lot about myself and now it’s time to put that introspection into real action 🦋

Yup! I was in bed by 7:30 to relax and rest, asleep by 9 or so and beat my 6 am alarm and was in the gym by 6:15 am 😁 daylights savings time is low-key a blessing for me right now

I have learned that I need to set labeled alarms to combat my forgetfulness and distractibility and it’s a big help

I have a whole list of actors who are widely celebrated, but bc I wasn’t a movie person before 2 years ago I hadn’t seen much. I got Leo DiCaprio, Denzel, Tom Cruise, Viola Davis, Lynn Whitfield, Angelina Jolie, Helen Hunt, and Diane Keaton on there with like 4 or 5 movies underneath each name

Need to go see Gladiator, I know once I do im gonna go on a Denzel binge.
