have you found a way to manage it? my job isn’t like evil stressful but it does keep me tense (kids yelling, parents wanting to get away with things, etc) and i find it impossible to calm down 😭

(in reality it’s scaring me quite a bit and i’m terrified i’m gonna have like a heart attack at work but that anxiety just makes the palpitations worse so i have to force myself not to care about them which is IMPOSSIBLE)

See that’s why I think it’s probably something to do with not being able to treat my chronic illness at the moment since anemia is verrrryyy often comorbid with it!

mostly i’m like “how much rest do i need before i finally feel enough energy to do the necessary things in my life?”
it feels like i need to spend all my time not working resting. that can’t be right.

TO BE FAIR i do have an unmedicated chronic condition that causes me fatigue so I know that’s part of it, but I’m still surprised. I went to bed early last night, work today was only 3 hours but when I got home I crashed and napped for 3 more hours. That’s not okay I think…
