Well done to the senior players giving Khusanov an easy ball to settle him down also to the crowd supporting him.
Well done to the lad himself sticking with it he looked close to tears.
That was a big ask against a top six side and he didn’t crumble.
He’ll come back stronger.

The PL concentrate on preventing teams like City attracting investment when the real problem is promoted teams not being able to survive.
Is this deliberate so teams like Rags and Spuds don’t get dragged into a real relegation battle?

I know the club won’t learn but the heart and soul of my club are the legacy fans and ST holders as shown clearly by today’s support
Yes gullible plastics who’ll spend Β£200 in the club shop is what the club wants but a soulless football club can only survive on guaranteed success

If there’s one thing that blatantly obvious it’s that Ruben Dias is the natural leader and captain of our club.
This is Pep’s most difficult period and who’s 110% behind him?

I’ve always looked at it like this, even if β€˜guilty’ we’re only guilty of spending our owners money which many clubs have done until FFP was introduced to protect those with the most cash.
Whatever the outcome cartel supporters will think we cheated in some way. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

I’ve asked in the past why Jack wasn’t moved into central MF he rarely loses possession without being fouled has a decent engine and now appreciates the defensive side of the game.
Both Gundo and Kev seemed to benefit tonight from having him alongside them.

Looking for positives.
Don't have to watch MOTD2.
Pep seemed to have his mojo back with his 6 sign.
Ortega decent in goal.
Ake and Dias made us look a little more solid.
Doku caused minor chaos.
Bernardo winding Salah up.
Is KDB fit to start a game?

Watching The Big Match Revisited on ITV4 and it struck me that as I was a ST holder for seasons in the PL, the Championship and League 1 I’ve probably seen more teams following City than 75% of football fans who’s teams rarely get relegated or promoted
Can’t say it’s been boring

I love this club and being a fan from as far back as the 60s I’ve tended to be optimistic when there was little evidence for it.
However even I can’t defend that def collapse last night. But every mistake we make tends to get punished, particularly their 2nd goal last night.

Been out all day, and just watched the game on MOTD.
Highlights made it look like Spuds took us apart, then stats came up 23 shots to 9. XG 2.15 to 2.51.
We’re clearly in a bad spell at the moment but it’s not something Pep can’t put right.
Could do without Scousers away next.

This arrived for me today from a friend in Phoenix Arizona. We’re much bigger than the red cartel like to believe we are.
