Legislators returned to the Capitol this week to hear presentations from state agencies, healthcare providers, food assistance advocates, & climate experts about the devastating impact President Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” will have on Colorado.

The federal budget, which passed by a margin of only one GOP vote, will blow a $1.2 billion hole in our state budget, gut Medicaid and cause private insurance premiums to skyrocket, and cut food assistance and tax credits for Colorado families.
