I'm just now realizing that all of the locations seen in Rebirth are all places you'll never have to return to for story reasons in Part 3. The only exception here is Junon's Sister Ray and Underwater Reactor, which they didn't let us access anyway.
So they don't intend for us to be able to return.

As unbelievable as this sounds, FFVII Rebirth hides updated renditions of classic FFVII music as background tracks during some of its sidequests. Many of these are not even on the official OST.
