also just other thoughts about my cast and Halloween:
Octave? Loves it. Dresses up every year and has a blast giving out candy.
Sam? Goes along with it, it's good fun and discounted candy the next day.
Ba'gon? Bro if you don't think she doesn't LOVE playing as a Witch every year you're fucking wrong

they refrain from putting up Christmas stuff in their bar prior to November not because they don't want to, but because they don't want to hear the cacophony of comments about it being up before Halloween
