That is the big thing which happened (artist complained about the AI label, lawyers got involved to comment on whether definitely labeling something as AI art, even when it's under review, could be problematic). If there's a whole other unrelated unsafe thing right now, that'd be a big coincidence.

Most likely that labeling non-AI images as AI opens them up to be sued for libel, if various lawyers' comments are accurate

Superman did actually go after slumlords in the golden age. I just updated the dialogue here ta reflect that all landlords are scum, not just the slumlords. Adam Smith agrees with me.
