Returning to my foundation of grounded self-love & care, my lil routines, helps the new me that’s ready to shine feel safe to come out. It also helps me to be open & vulnerable without being naive.

This is well before working with Procreate. My go to was pencil, marker, and watercolor then Photoshop layers.
